We have good access to downtown. 15 min walk to the light rail station or another 5 min to be at the front door of the airport! Make this your hub for all the sightseeing Seattle has to offer. We live here with our 10 mo old daughter, friendly pup and cat so you may see us in the front yard or porch. Ask about pets, as long as they are friendly it shouldn't be a problem!

It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

The house is on a steep hill; it's a ~2 minute walk on a dirt path from the parking area at street level to the guest suite's private entrance below.

The Garden Apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. We would have loved to spend more time there but we were in the area for a family event. The grounds are beautiful. Shari the host is extremely friendly and helpful. She must have a green thumb because there are gorgeous plants and herbs everywhere. We will be back next time we visit the area.

Definitely an excellent experience for my family to spend a unique day by the lake. The house had amazing rooms, a wonderful view, and our hosts were incredibly accommodating. We were able to do a late checkout, which we truly appreciated since our check-in was a bit later in the afternoon. I 100% recommend this property with Chunk as the host. Thank you again!

Maegan has a lovely place with a beautiful view of a small lake off Lake Tapps. We stayed for a couple months and the property had everything we needed. Maegan even provided some getting started supplies, which was a nice touch for us since we were coming in from across the country. The place is a good value for a long-term stay - much bigger than others in the same price range. The neighborhood is really good. Alan Yorke park is gorgeous and there are beautiful views of Rainer if you walk around the area where the house is when the mountain is out. Maegan is super responsive, communicative, and kind. Good host. If you're interested in a long-term stay in the Lake Tapps area, especially in summer, this is a great option.

It is the perfect spot to get around and very close to Rainier , we enjoyed the amenities of the house including the nespresso machine and complementary pods available, the house is like the photos and better, surroundings are beautiful and my kids enjoying watching the cows in front … thanks for having us
