The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Diese wunderschön sanierte Wohnung in einer denkmalgeschützten ehemaligen Munitionsfabrik bietet einen fantastischen Wohnkomfort. Die Lage ist einmalig, die Insel Eiswerder liegt in der Havel, sehr nahe zum Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ruhig und am Wasser. Der Bootsclub ist nur 300 m entfernt.
