Monthly Rentals in Lake Temescal

We stayed in this studio for 1.5 months and had a wonderful experience. It’s located in a very calm and safe neighborhood, perfect for a long-term stay. While the studio is small, it is well-equipped with everything you need, and the bed is comfortable. Patricia was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer our questions. The location is great: about a 20–30 minute walk to the BART station and shops, with a lovely park within walking distance as well. We would recommend having a car to explore the beautiful spots in the area more easily. The private outdoor space was a fantastic bonus, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. Lovely apartment - would definitely stay there again. Half a block to Rockridge BART made it easy to get all over the Bay Area. Having coffee supplies ready was a huge plus since we got in late the night we arrived. Market Hall bakery and grocery just downstairs was convenient and meant we had everything we needed just out our front door.

The walk up is significant but the room was good! It is separate and quiet. It was surprisingly cool for the hot days I was there. There was also heating actually for when the temperature dropped at night. The room was very clean and had amenities as described. It is an excellent option for a solo traveller. The neighborhood had very steep hills and I recommend driving up slowly bc theres really only room for one car to pass. Street parking was easy to find! I recommend this room!

The cottage was beatiful and very comfortable. The views made it especially calming and peaceful and the parking was very easy which is a plus in this area. The hosts thought of every detail. I would stay again I visited the area again.
