Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retro retreat. located 5 minutes away from balsam harbor, this little cottage is equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway. Enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors, a walk to the nearby park, or gather around the campfire for some roasted marshmallows.
