Features a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, under counter fridge and hot plate stove. There’s a BBQ grill on the front deck which steps down to the beach and patio with fire pit overlooking the bay. There’s also a deck with 60’ of dock and a boat launch, Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use. Includes wifi and parking. Seasonal rental available from May 1 through Oct 15

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

You won't be roughing it, though nature is right out the front door: beaches and fishing are mins away, trails for hiking and a cute, quiet, rural setting. If you're looking for a family vacation or a getaway from the city, you'll find all the comforts of home at the lake!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Just across the road is also access to a quiet public beach/ spit. A great location for ice fishing, a 1 bedroom quaint cabin with huge decks to enjoy sitting outside to listen to the birds , enjoy the sun and sunsets. This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
