Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Winnipeg

we had a wonderful time in Winnipeg. this place was what we needed. to be close to things downtown, within walking distance. secure place to park the car. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, capacity to make meals if we wanted. it was perfect for our needs.

Apartment is clean and host is responsive, it is comfortable there- great for a meeting at U Winnipeg with short walk, glad to have security as area around is a bit dodgy (not much they can do about it tho

The space is an interesting building that has been renovated into the current spaces. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops nearby. Other than some confusion about the free parking, the place is lovely and as described.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover an AirBnB in my hometown. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and provided a welcoming environment. During my stay, the weather reached an extreme -47°C, and Ollie kindly provided an extension cord for my rental vehicle. The suite was located in the basement, so I anticipated it might be cooler during a Manitoba winter; however, a space heater was provided to ensure my comfort. My only minor concern was the steep stairs leading into the suite, although this was clearly shown in the listing photos. Overall, I would gladly stay here again whenever I return to Neepawa—hopefully during warmer weather next time.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The place is so cute and aesthetically pleasing – it truly feels like it was designed with a single person or a couple in mind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, from sugar to salt and pepper, making it easy to cook and feel at home. The space was spotless, which was a huge relief, especially since I’m allergic to dust. The only small issue was one towel that didn’t feel as fresh, but there’s a washer in the unit along with laundry powder, which made it easy to take care of. Just a heads up, the unit is on the second floor, and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. So, it’s best if you’re traveling light and able to carry your luggage all the way up. What really made the experience even better was how responsive and accommodating the hosts were. They quickly addressed my needs while I was already in the unit, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a perfect stay – thank you for that!

My experience at LaPaix Stays was truly wonderful. The check-in process was flexible, clear, and easy, making me feel at home from the start. The space was spotless — furniture, linens, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The photos and description were completely accurate, matching exactly what I found upon arriving. Jonathan was a thoughtful and responsive host, always available to help and make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby parks, restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station. It’s also a short drive away from Kildonan Mall, Costco, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Superstore, Home Depot, cinema, and more — adding even greater convenience. I want to say a big “Thank you” to Jonathan for making my stay so restful and enjoyable. I wish I could give LaPaix Stays more than 5 stars, and I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!

I had a lovely stay at this cottage with my two children and pets while being evacuated from the northern fires. We were so comfortable here, there was enough room for us to all have our own space, and you couldn't ask for a more secure and spacious fenced yard for your pets. The neighborhood was peaceful and super walkable. If we are ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here!

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Rachel's place with family and friends. The central location, beachside playground for the kids, and scenic lakeside trails made our visit truly memorable. We highly recommend the boat tours by Graham Cox —they were an absolute blast! Plus, several great cafés and restaurants are just a short walk from the house. The home is ideal for a large family or a few couples, with or without kids. The hot tub was especially magical at night, and the oversized BBQ grill on the deck was a definite highlight. We had such a lovely time at Rachel’s and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Best shower I have ever taken, bonus deep soaking tub. The bed was so comfortable!! Area was what is expected for a place downtown, but condo felt safe and secure parking is a plus. Accessible to food, bars and entertainment.
