Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lakeland

A great airbnb and a responsive host. We had a terrific time in Lakeland, staying in Lorene's house in an historic neighborhood. We biked around town and saw many, many, many birds on the lakes.

Everything about our stay was great!! Plenty of room for us (4 adults, 4 kids) the pool and trampoline kept the kids busy. There’s also a grill, so we grilled hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner on the patio! It really sets the mood out there! We loved it, we will definitely be back in our future stays in Lakeland! The host was very helpful with check-in and responded very quickly with the questions I had!

The owners were incredibly responsive, and I felt that they really went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. Great for families. Close to Legoland. Lots of love about the place!

The house was even more spacious than expected. Easy to find, super safe-feeling and quiet neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean and well-organized, and was more stocked with essentials than any other house I’ve stayed in with my family.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We were in town for a family gathering. It was very easy to get back and forth from. We would definitely stay again.

Good Location, close to restaurants and stores

The home was very nicely kept. Easy to find and it was spacious and offered several kitchen amenities such as dishes, pots and more which was great. The AC, WIFI and water heater worked. The area was quiet and felt safe.

Excellent logement, très bien équipé et modernes, facile d'accès, calme... La télévision dans chaque chambre avec Netflix et Disney+ sont un vrai petit plaisir avant de dormir ! L'hôte s'est montré très accueillant et répondait à tous nos messages dans la minute, même en soirée. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The place was exactly as described, very beautiful and well decorated.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

Wonderful host and beautiful place.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

Our overall stay was beyond our expectations. The house was extremely clean and exactly as seen in the photos. The neighbor hood was beautiful and very well maintained. We had an amazing experience at this home and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a reserved high end place to stay. The host was responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay! 10/10!

Amazing lake house, loved it

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Davenport! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the place, the environment is great, the place itself beautiful and very new/ renovated, patio was wonderful and the resort the place is in has so many amenities along with 24/7 guard at the gate you feel so secure, 10/10 recommend, if i ever come back I wont even have to look for a place to stay. GREAT HOST 10/10
