Get a great night's rest before heading out on your Colorado adventure! Cook meals in a fully-equipped kitchenette. Utilize the spacious modern shower w/ dual shower heads. Stay in to work, write that blog, cozy up to watch a movie, or read a book. Parking is next to garage in back of house. Entrance is through back gate and backyard. I am available as much or little as you would like to interact. I am happy to provide a local Denverite/Coloradan perspective and recommendations. Located across the street from the Regis University Campus, this neighborhood is quiet yet bustling. Take an easy 4-minute walk to the main street for breakfast at the bakery and cafe. Later, browse the antique store and visit the micro-brewery. RTD Bus stop located around the corner (2 min walking distance). In Walking distance of eateries, coffee shops, breweries, bars, & boutiques. Quick 7 min Drive or Lyft/Uber to Downtown Denver. Take Union Station RTD Light Rail to or from Denver International Airport. No Pet Policy is Strict. This home was built in the early 1900's and been remodeled and updated. The one flight of stairs to this basement bedroom are a narrower depth and taller than average stairs. There is one support beam with padding in the bedroom (shown in picture) of 5 ft. 7 in. clearance. The Airbnb hosts upstairs are available to answer any questions, resolve any issues, or provide any recommendations you may need during your stay.

We had the best time staying at this lovely carriage house style apartment, and it’s likely to be my new go-to for lodging in Denver. We’ve stayed in several places in & around Denver, including downtown & close-in suburbs, and this location is the ultimate happy medium. We got to everything we wanted to do quickly & easily, yet we were tucked away in a peaceful, treed neighborhood with charm & character. The place itself is spacious & relaxing with a beautiful kitchen, living room with sectional sleeper sofa, a workspace with great WiFi if you need to tackle some work, and a calming bedroom with comfortable mattress and bedding. I slept on the sleeper sofa and found it exceptionally comfortable. So many items tucked away in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. that were thoughtful touches (ironing board, hair dryer, phone charger, etc). Tennyson street with great coffee, restaurants and shops is minutes away and Michelle was beyond understanding, helpful, responsive, & warm! Stay here! =)
