The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained cabin with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

Fancy getting away from it all? Then you have found the right place. A little piece of paradise on earth with uninterrupted views of Grizedale woodland. I only book guests with previous good reviews (at least 2). No pets allowed. Maximum of 6 people (including infants). Please note the location is REMOTE, no shops are near (25 min drive to Co-op in Hawkshead), but there is a pub 5 min drive away in Satterthwaite. You are not far from Grizedale Centre, Coniston or Windermere.
