Feel at home here in Denver's NE Park Hill neighborhood. You have a private entrance to this basement suite with free parking, laundry, and a modern mini kitchen. Many quaint coffee shops and eateries are a quick drive, & we're across the street from a park! We're 10-15 mins from the artsy RiNo District and central downtown. Close to I-70, it's easy to get to the airport (20min) or on your way to the mountains. Whatever your Denver adventure holds, Park Hill is a great place to begin.

Red Rocks & Denver Views

Newly renovated guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private drive. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.

Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.
