Holiday rentals with a patio in Lakewood

I really enjoyed my stay! Danielle was incredibly responsive and kind. The apartment was exactly as the pictures depicted and it was a lovely home away from home.

Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

This was a great find. We had one small hiccup but Jaimi was more than accommodating and made our stay comfortable. She was responsive, kind, and has a very cute pup!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and described! Cute little spot on Sloan’s Lake this is within walking to distance to restaurants, bars, and Target!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

This was our first time using an Airbnb and it was a great place to stay. There were four of us staying here. This was in the basement of a home, but it was very comfortable and felt private. The bed was comfy and there were many basic amenities which was very much appreciated. There were games for entertainment and a television with an over abundance of channels. The steps however were a little steep, which made it somewhat hard for my 80 yr old husband to use. Barbara has done a wonderful job in setting up this little apartment. Definitely worth the money for the stay. Thank you Barbara!

Extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet home with a phenomenal location, responsive host, and all-around great hospitality. Would highly recommend, particularly if you plan to head to Red Rocks for a concert!

Beautiful space that works for an individual or a couple looking for a unique place to spice things up! The outdoor area is amazing and the camper is pristine! Highly recommended and plan to rebook in the near future!!

This was a great place to stay overall loved the house and they were very detailed on what to expect and sent reminder on the very very short to do list before departing. I would definitely recommend.

Amanda’s home was so cozy, comfy, easeful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard area was a great place to get afternoon sun. The front porch, the perfect place to sip a morning tea. Comfortable couch and bed for lounging and catching up on emails after our long drive. We only stayed one night on our way through town, but we made the walk over to the lake park with our dog, so beautiful! I did not see this listed anywhere- this home is a twin home, meaning it shares a wall with another home, like a duplex. We did not experience any disruption from the neighbors and Amanda also had an air purifier going which acted as a white noise machine. Fantastic stay!

Lisa's place was very nice and clean. You can tell she pays close attention to the details and offers some extra perks in the kitchen area. She was very friendly and offered several recommendations of local things to do. We traveled with our dog and it was a great location for going over to the dog park and walking trail. The fenced backyard was also nice to have. The location was also convenient with easy access to the highway if you're venturing out to various places around Denver.

Great place especially when you have your pups the yard is spacious and fenced. Easy check in great location around a lot of food spots would definitely stay again ! 10/10

Gold Star for Lauren! Starting with the welcome note describing the directions for the house: clear and precise.I could tell Lauren pays attention to details and cares about her property. This was an emotional weekend for us, and Lauren was extremely compassionate and aware of the circumstances. We ended up needing a new coffee pot and she was sure to have a brand new coffeepot delivered express to the house before the following morning. Knowing the import of the coffee ritual , IYKYK, we were so appreciative of the manifestation of that new pot and new coffee! The kitchen is well stocked , dishwasher works well, the W/D work well, WIFI works well, her choices for products all cruelty free and conscientious, great water pressure and her care for how it was feeling to us was apparent. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful , peaceful and plenty of parking right in front of the house. I would most definitely stay again! Thank you so much, we saw our first red rocks concert (half hour away) and hiked balanced rock at Garden of the Gods (hour away).

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

Groovy stay! The space was clean and stylish— What really made this place stand out was the outstanding mid-century style. The collection was top notch, design and décor were thoughtfully curated, blending vintage charm with modern comfort. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, felt like stepping into a perfectly preserved era, but with all the modern amenities you’d want. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, parking was a huge plus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway!
