Really great place in a lovely location. Kayaks available to use on the river just outside the house. We launched from across the road as the water level was really low in front of the house. There’s also a grill, smoker, beach furniture etc. free to use. 30 minutes from the beaches. Place was really nice and cosy would definitely recommend. Thank you.

What a Gorgeous and unique Airbnb. I loved the history behind the house and its tie to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It truly felt like a little piece of history. The view out the kitchen window alone was worth the stay. Most peaceful cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfy, the decor was modern yet meaningful. We partook in the kids game selection. We truly enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next visit. We even meet and chatted with Wylan on the day of our departure and honestly couldn’t have been a nicer more welcoming host. A big thank you again for opening your home to us!

One of the best airbnb host and property I’ve stayed. Heather was wonderful to ask questions/recommendations. Easy to find and check in. Well equipped kitchen, towels, beach stuff- super excellent per our group! Will stay again for sure! The kiddos enjoyed the pool so much. Home decor is beautiful, felt like home away from home indeed.

Alvena is a very kind and gracious host! The house was very clean and we appreciated that it was catered to families. My three small kids enjoyed the few toys and we were so appreciative of the high chair, pack n play, and beach supplies. The house is 20min from Lido Beach which made it easy for us to trek over for a couple hours one of our days. Would recommend!

This was exactly what we were expecting and what we needed. Super clean, super comfortable, quiet and convenient to everthing we were in town for. Michelle was incredibly sweet and gracious. Great communicator. We couldn't ask for anything more. We look forward to staying again!!

It was a great experience. We were there for the rowing national competition. It is an easy drive to the park, and a nice residential neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. I highly recommend!

Definitely worth the money. Clean and Comfortable, private and quiet yet close to everything. Right on the water which was so relaxing. We got to meet Dali the Labrador and she was a sweetheart! The perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Location was quiet, just a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed many local spots! Funky Flamingo was adorable as pictured, clean and great communication. We enjoyed our stay 🦩 and can't wait to visit again.

Clean and nice place. The apartment overlooks a small lake, which made it feel very cozy and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I loved our stay at Julia’s place! It was perfect for our short 6 day stay and had everything we needed. It was very clean and super affordable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend her place to anyone!

This was our second visit, it was another wonderful visit!!! My husband was suffering from a back injury and the master bed was so comfortable and brought him a lot of relief. The place has great amenities, super responsive and helpful host. We have already booked our next trip !!!
