Felt at home at Maria's place! The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, a few minutes to public transportation (to both bus and tram), 2 minute walk to Mercadona market and lots of things to do nearby. Room and shared bathroom were impeccably clean. Maria is very friendly and was very helpful by giving me recommendations on what to do or how to get around. Maria and Lisa (the cat) will make you feel at home! I will definitely book her room again on my next trip to Valencia!

We had a very pleasant stay in Matilde's apartment. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The apartment comes with everything you need and was spotless. Matilde, although she wasn't there, was a great hostess, she was in contact with us at all times, sharing recommendations and answering our questions. José, the tenant who lives in the apartment, was very kind, although he spent very little time at home, so we practically had the apartment to ourselves.

Eva is a warm and welcoming host! I mentioned that I’m in Valencia to learn some Spanish, and she was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to speak Spanish with me. The apartment is super sweet and has a unique, personal touch in its design. We also loved the neighborhood – it has a great vibe – and Eva gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Thank you Eva, we truly felt at home!

Maria Jose was very friendly, kind, helpful, and responded quickly when there were any issues. The location was very good, so close to a metro and to many bus routes. The decor of the living room was lovely with artifacts as well as photos taken by herself that are so impressive. The weather was not very good but that has nothing to do with this lovely and kind host. I would gladly return to this apartment if I return to Valencia.
