The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.

This is your review. We stayed at Villa Ortensia. Welcoming Liviana and Stefano, they immediately made us feel at home. Very available to fulfill our every request, they gave us tips for places to visit during the stay. The house is immersed in greenery, very cozy and functional. It is suitable for families,and those who want to experience the sea in absolute relaxation. It is very close to reach the various beaches,all wonderful. We returned home with us a wonderful memory of this vacation, but above all of Liviana and Stefano, whom we thank very much, hoping to see them again soon. We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place.
