L'appartamento si trova a Bedano in una stradina secondaria senza traffico. È a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata dall'autopostale e a 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FFS di Taverne-Torricella. Situato a 15 minuti in auto da Lugano, si trova in una posizione centrale nel Cantone Ticino. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è un posteggio gratuito.
