Our gite is conveniently located in the municipality of Lamothe Montravel, at the crossroads of the vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels: the front door is on the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. First level 8 steps, a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room, a wood-burning stove (only means of heating the house) wood provided.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. My place is located on the main street of Castillon-la-Bataille, close to shops. You have a private entrance to the living room, kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals. Upstairs is a bedroom (bed will be made) and opposite is the bathroom (towels available). You are 10 minutes from St Emilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than two hours from Sarlat.
