The 801 Cottage

Just a short drive to the Colorado Bend State Park! This home can sleep up to 6 guests W/ the fold-down couch. Shop Antiques on the square or visit one of our many nearby wineries! We offer a 2 hr early arrival convenience fee of $35, allowing for check-in at 1:00 PM. Confirmation must be made with the host. Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ). $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know and a pet fee will be assessed.

Stay at the centrally-located guest house of the historic Cauthen House completed in 1917. The separate guest house was constructed in the mid-eighties but was completely renovated in 2023. It is a two bedroom apartment located on the SECOND FLOOR. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living room has a queen size fold out couch.
