Place was way more spacious in person. Very close and walkable to the cafe and restaurant. The feel of the place was so comfortable it made the stay amazing. Had the perfect small town country feel. Would recommend to everyone and will use this place again. Very unique and has some old town history.

We enjoyed our stay at Bobby’s place. The neighborhood was quiet & it was nice to have a private, fenced in backyard (even though our fur babies weren’t with us!).

As our first host we put Tracy to the test by locking ourselves out of the house. Even though she was out of town she had an alternative key holder and we were in in less than an hour! This house is on a quiet street away from traffic with awesome backyard amenities for our littles! The house is cutesy cottage vibe all day long and had plenty of room for our party of 5. Two seating areas for dining a large living area great bathrooms and everything in the kitchen you would need. I would book this house again for all my trips to Lampasas.

If you are going to Colorado Bend State Park, then this is a great place to stay! (Otherwise there is absolutely nothing out here!) The state park is great, and that was our destination for great hiking, and this Airbnb was extremely comfortable with tons of comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Host gave great communication. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD- or plan to drive 15-20 minutes. There are three "restaurants" in Lometa near this place, but after entering one that felt like a prison with no windows and had a stagnant smell, we left and drove to Lampasas and found Alfredo's on the river. The day we left, we went through San Saba which had really nice city parks to walk in- highly recommend! And hit the Pecan stores! One was even open on Sunday!

The host was incredibly accommodating and communication was outstanding from start to finish. We did experience a minor issue with the front door lock, but the host responded immediately and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay—would definitely recommend!

it was wonderful going back to the home my husband and I built. They have maintained the integrity of the home. They offered so many activities for guests. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool again. The home was seasonally decorated. Very good directions for finding the house, using the laundry appliances, and using facilities. it was a fun celebration of my birthday with my family. Had enough beds for everyone. it was nice that it was pet friendly. my family wants to come back next year! Thank you Jamie.

We had a terrific time at this cozy cabin. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us, and we so enjoyed the pool. The river was up a bit so we didn’t get in. Bend General Store is just 3 miles down the road and a must visit. The food and atmosphere were perfect! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Josie and Mark were wonderful hosts. The cottage is in immaculate condition. The property is gorgeous and they put out fun games and activities for us. We loved our stay there.

This was a clean and comfortable townhome. We had come to Texas for the eclipse, so the pricing was of course ridiculous, but when compared to local hotels, a value. Beds were good, towels soft, kitchen well stocked. If I had business in the area and had multiple people along I would not hesitate to stay here again. Ariel was responsive and helpful.

The bed was comfortable—something I rarely find in Airbnbs. Most places have mattresses that are sunken in, but this one was supportive and high quality. The house itself felt like staying at a family member’s place—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Vicky does a fantastic job stocking the essentials, and the layout of the home is intuitive and well-organized. It’s clear the space was designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. There was a rainstorm during my stay, and the home held up great. It felt solid and peaceful throughout. The location is convenient, just a short drive to a gas station and Walmart, which came in handy for a longer stay. While it’s close to the highway (so not ideal for walks or outdoor exploring), that wasn’t an issue for me since I was in Lampasas for a conference. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Compared to others the event, I had one of the best lodging experiences. Highly recommend for staying in Lampases.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our twins enjoyed petting the kittens and playing in the yard. Very good and friendly host!

This was my first Airbnb stay and it did not disappoint! This place was immaculate and perfect for what we needed. The hostess was very friendly and always available. I loved the off the beaten path of the cottage yet it was close enough to town if you needed something. It was peaceful and quiet and full of nature. My only regret is that I didn't book to stay longer but we were only passing through on our way to Corpus Christi. I would absolutely stay here again only next time I will book for longer. I will say it definitely spoiled me for our next stop, which was just okay. Five stars all-round for Greenwood Acres cottage! ☆☆☆☆☆ ❤️

Great relaxing location. If you are looking to have some peace and quiet during your stay... you found it. Flet right at home from the start and completely enjoyed my stay.
