Great place and location. everything about the place and our stay was excellent.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd bij de accommodatie van Nadia gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een heel mooi zwembad dat goed onderhouden wordt door Giacomo. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen tips om te doen in de omgeving. Goede ligging vlak bij Lucca en in een mooie groene omgeving. Wij zouden dit zo nogj een keer boeken.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Yet another fabulous stay! Thank you Lyndall for sharing your special space. Getting in on the village pizza night was a surprise bonus and so fantastic to enjoy the local community. Until next time :)

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

Magnifique maison, avec le charme de l'ancien et une vue à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et on s'y sent bien. D'autres personnes peuvent également être sur place, car la maison est séparée en plusieures parties. De notre côté, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les voisins, et l'endroit est suffisamment grand pour avoir son espace à soi. La communication avec Barbara était très bien, elle nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et répondait promptement. L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas si compliquée, il faut simplement s'assurer que le GPS évite une route fermée. Nous avons suivi les instructions de Barbara et tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment, de nous relaxer pendant nos vacances, et son charme authentique a provoqué quelques touches de nostalgies.

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

Our stay in Domenica's place was absolutely flawless. It's a beautiful surrounding, we stayed for 2 weeks and the house facilitates everything you'll need nicely. Only small drawback is the shower cabin which is somewhat small. But everything you need is in close proximity (if you go by car anyway) and all the go-to places in Tuscany are easy to reach. Domenica was very helpful and offered us own-made food several times which was top notch, especially the pizzas. I can absolutely recommend this place!

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Da elisabetta siamo stati benissimo, tutti i servizi sono stati impeccabili, a partire dal check in dove elisabetta è stata flessibile riguardo all’orario è estremamente disponibile. la casa è perfettamente attrezzata di tutto il necessario e impeccabile a livello di pulizia. l’ ambientazione poi è da sogno. consiglio assolutamente un soggiorno, non ve ne pentirete!

sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wij hebben twee weken in het huis gezeten en we hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Na een uitdagende maar prachtige rit de heuvel op, werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door Benedetta's moeder. Zij heeft ons aanwijzingen gegeven voor het parkeren van de auto en ons een rondleiding gegeven. De woning is nog mooier dan op de fotos en het uitzicht is echt fantastisch. Wij waren zeer verrast met de rijk gevulde kast met eten. Alle basisvoorzieningen waren aanwezig handdoeken, shampoo, kruiden, afwasmiddel etc. Na een week kregen we schoonbeddengoed en handdoeken en nog wat lekkers erbij. Vinci is binnen ongeveer 10 minuten te bereiken met de auto. Daar kan je lekkere ijsjes eten en zijn er een aantal restaurants. Voor grotere boodschappen kan je binnen 20 minuten met de auto een coop of penny vinden in de buurt. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Voor kleine kinderen is er niet veel speelgelegenheid rond of om het huis. Dus je moet voldoende vermaak meenemen.

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

Het appartement is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Het is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en brandschoon. In de tuin is het heerlijk om te ontbijten of savonds te genieten van de stilte. Het oude stadje is op loopafstand. Mooie stadjes in de buurt om te bezoeken en natuurlijk het geweldige Toscaanse landschap. omdat het zo warm was zijn we een dagje naar het strand gegaan, wat een uurtje rijden is, dus goed te doen. Barbara en haar familie zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. Aanrader!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, angenehm temperiert (die Klimaanlage mussten wir trotz hoher Außentemperaturen nicht nutzen) und die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut gelegen (Auto ist nötig aber wir haben sowieso geplant die Toskana in mehrere Richtungen zu besichtigen), wir können sehr die Führung auf dem nahegelegenen Weingut Fattoria di Bacchereto empfehlen, zudem das Restaurant Il Menestrello - dieses ist fußläufig zu erreichen (beste Pizza!).

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as pictured and described. It was a bit too cold for us to swim, but we did enjoy spending time lounging by the pool. The surrounding area is beautiful! Olive trees all around! Wineries, restaurants, and grocery store all close and convenient. Allessandro was great! Very responsive and gave us a ton of tips and information about the area. He was also super flexible with check in and check out times. WiFi was great, kitchen was stocked better than mine at home! Anything you could ever need! My only tiny complaint is that there wasn’t walking/running paths nearby.
