Beautiful farm setting in Lanark

40 minutes west of Kanata, ON in Lanark Highlands, 20 kms west of Almonte. The Doll House is a small cottage that overlooks the garden, with a queen size bed, heated and air conditioned, has a small fridge, kettle and coffee maker and a small BBQ. There is a sink and toilet in the Doll House and an OUTDOOR hot shower. We also have the Gate House to rent (see my other listing) which has 2 single beds, sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower for $125 a night. Come, enjoy the farm!

This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

Calabogie Waterfront Cottage & Ski Chalet

Waterfront cottage/chalet, 2.8km (2 miles) from the Ski Hilll, about a 4 minute drive. This is our first family cottage and we have worked hard to make it a welcoming family space for our guests. It is warm and cozy, clean and simple with all of the amenities guests might expect. The cottage is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in Calabogie on the edge of the lake, to be enjoyed in both Summer and Winter, lake fun and winter activities await!
