A casa é excelente. A cozinha tem um espaço amplo com a sala de tv e jantar e isso deixa todos interagindo em um único ambiente. Trata-se de um espaço maravilhoso de convivência. A academia tem saída direto para piscina. Você pode se exercitar e cair na água fria para fortalecer seus músculos após o treino. Isso é maravilhoso. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Toda casa é muito bonita e limpa. Meu grupo era de 10 pessoas e ficamos muito bem acomodados. O jardim é propício para uma boa meditação, pois a vista para cidade é gratificante. O anfitrião é atencioso, estava sempre disponível e me atendeu rapidamente quando precisei. Nós amamos a casa e esperamos voltar em breve.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Phuong was great host! She's very accommodating and helpful. Her home is very nice and comfy. The neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors. My husband travels for work so we've stayed a couple of times for a total of 5-6 months. We loved it everytime!

the only thing I can say bad about the home, was there was no night stands or dressers. but everything else was well stocked. they even have a cooler for day use. plenty of space, and was a perfect place to crash while working out of town with my crew.

The home was everything and more than we expected. My family and I had a great time at Andrew’s place. We highly recommend staying here for vacation.

Great stay! We stayed in one of the units in the back. It’s located down the driveway by the side of the main front unit. It was nice & cool on arrival and continued to stay that way. It was nice having paper plates, napkins, etc. Internet was solid and enjoyed plenty of movies on the big screen tv in the living room. We were staying here while we closed escrow on a property out here and now moving over to another of Peter’s listings while our house is getting some repairs. It was myself , wife , mom & dad staying here with our two little dogs. We were all perfectly comfortable, it’s awesome that the living room has a full size bed along with the couch and the beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. We were concerned that it would be a busy spot since it’s a few units on the property but it was nice in quite, nobody right next to us but the house in front was booked and we didn’t have any issues with privacy. Host replied to our text right away and were very helpful.

This is a very unique property and has a certain eclectic, rustic vibe to it. You can look at the photos of the listing and you will intuitively know if this artsy, corky, nature ranch is for you. We stayed at the Yurt which had a very comfy bed. Infinity pool with 85F outside was such a treat! During our stay, there was very loud filming/recording of a metal/rock live music video with drums and the level of noise was very unexpected. So, if you are looking for 100% serene getaway, I invite you to reach out to the hosts in advance. My partner and I loved the place and we will be back, without a doubt, and this time with a group of friends :-) Thanks!

Our family extended our vacation a couple days and it seemed impossible to find somewhere to stay with such a large group. Anzhela was very quick to respond and even rushed over to clean the place before we drove to her house.

This is an easy place to stay. The owners live on the property, so they are very accessible and easy to communicate with. If you are frightened of dogs, this may not be your place. There is a large dog who roams the property at night. The owners are very willing to put the dog in a fenced yard if need be. The accommodations are good and the place is close to Vasquez Rock Park and a cute little area. Definitely need a car here, but it was a great stay.

Garnik was very responsive and made the entire process easy. The home was very comfortable for our party of 10. We especially liked the open downstairs area with tons of seating that made it easy for all of us to gather.

Beautiful Home!! Very peaceful, a nice neighborhood, clean and fully equipped amenities as listed. The host was quick responding to questions I had, the backyard was very enjoyable, the pool was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the California area. The place was really close to local grocery stores and shopping centers. My family and I enjoyed staying here and will definitely book here in the future.

Great host! I will definitely recommend staying at this location. My family and I were displaced from our home suddenly due to water damage and Emanuel was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire time, which helped relieve some of the stress from the whole ordeal! The home had all the amenities as described and became our second home for many months!

We had a fabulous stay, what a lovely space for some downtime during our month long California holiday. Beautifully thought out set up. Excellent wifi, access to power/charging, shower was much better than expected with great water pressure and water temperature was easy to control. Solar lights are automatic and there are additional sensor lights for when you have to get up during the night and walk to the bathroom. The projector was awesome as we could Bluetooth to it and watch want we wanted through the phone. Realy good sound system that also connected easily through Bluetooth. The aircon unit was excellent as long as you kept the water filled up. My only negative would be that as a luxury getaway - I would have expected at least some nice coffee and tea. Was all good as we were able to get to a store and bought some but I think some coffee, tea and drinking water in the fridge should be a given at any Airbnb advertising luxury.

Had a lovely stay at Daniel & Grace’s Airbnb. Check in was such an ease and they also did their best to accommodate me for an early check-in . I appreciate the timely replies to all my questions and concerns. If I’m ever in town again and needing somewhere to stay, their place is on the top of my list!
