It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. Welcome to Petunia's Cottage. This is a newly updated guest house, attached to my farmhouse by a double bolted door. We are on 1 acre of beautiful Lancaster countryside. Enter the cottage with your own private keypad entrance. This home sleeps 2: 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed. Newly remodeled bathroom, with shower. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker, stocked with necessities.

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.

We want our guests to feel at home-away-from-home in our space, whether drinking coffee in the morning by the front windows, taking a nap on the sofa in the afternoon or making a drink in the kitchen at night.
