Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment is excellently located and offers direct views of the water. It is equipped with a bedroom, living room with small dining and kitchen area and a shower room. Outside there is a terrace and a barbecue area. Seedorf is located in the south-east of Rügen in the middle of a biosphere reserve and thus in fantastic nature. Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Granitzblick vacation apartment (apartment no. 6)

Small duplex apartment in a vacation complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishes for up to 6 people. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.

3-room duplex apartment for up to 5 people (approx. 70 sqm living space) This apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with sofa set, an integrated fitted kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms with shower/toilet and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the large living room. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, LAN and smart TVs (living room and bedroom). On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a parasol.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.
