We had five wonderful days in the apartment. The view of the water is so incredibly beautiful. The apartment is exactly as described and very practically furnished. We didn't miss anything. Super comfy beds! Those who expect a super chic apartment with high-gloss surfaces are better off elsewhere. We just thought it was nice that it wasn't. The beach bar below is a great restaurant. So picturesque and delicious food! We would have liked to have stayed much longer.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Had a wonderful stay at the place! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafés and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I particularly liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

Very nice apartment, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building with very friendly staff. There is a walking path from the building towards the ponds, so it was quick to get out with the dog. The apartments are also 15 minutes from the historic city pier by walking the main street with plenty of restaurants. We also enjoyed our stay because of the bike paths, there was a bike shop/ rental across the street.

We stayed in the apartment "kleine Vilm" over Easter for a total of a week. Particularly positive is the location in Lauterbach, with a wide selection of gastronomy in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as the uncomplicated flexible check-in. Parking right outside the door. Pleasant casual communication prior to our trip. Only the cleanliness could be better, so we agree with the previous review. However, I would like to point out that this is of course our personal discretion. We definitely felt comfortable here. We recommend without hesitation! Thank you:)

Very nice and clean apartment in a very quiet location. Perfect if you want to rest :) The communication with Peggy was very good and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. :)

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

Very great, lovingly furnished house to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday without sacrificing any comfort. You feel at home from the first moment. The property invites you to linger. Whether on the rocking chair or on the rocking lounger, everyone will find their favorite spot here. The hosts are very friendly and very attentive to the well-being of their guests.

The stay with Michael kept everything that was promised. The accommodation is located in a quiet and beautiful area, where you can especially enjoy nature. Michael was also always available to answer our questions and responded quickly and reliably. We had a nice time and were 12 people on site

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

We had a few relaxing days in the accommodation of Uwe & Birte. The cozy cottage is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by forest and fields. The Bodden is also just a few minutes' walk away. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything you need is there. Particularly practical: There were free bicycles available, with which we could explore the surroundings wonderfully. If you have any questions, Uwe was quick to reach and very helpful.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet cottage settlement. The surrounding area is very clean. Especially with a dog, it is very good,thanks to the high hedge our dog was able to lie down and relax on the lawn. It is also not far to the water,a small 5-10 minute walk and you were on a small stretch of beach for swimming. The key handover went smoothly and the building management could be reached at any time in case of questions or problems. The house was very clean and really cozy for 2 people,you can even vacation there as a family with 2 children. In the kitchen there was everything you needed,kettle,coffee maker,toaster and even a small dishwasher and washing machine were available. The beds in the bedroom were also very clean and cozy,we were able to sleep very well. All in all, we can only recommend this small and cozy house for a nice holiday by the lake to relax and unwind.

The check-in was very easy, we arrived two hours early on Rügen due to a lack of traffic jams and were able to enter the house immediately. The whole house was very clean, no dust particles to be seen far and wide. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are also very nice. The beds are comfortable, we have the same mattresses at home😉. Parking is available on the property in the driveway (2 parking spaces). If you want to go on excursions and explore many great corners of Rügen, you should arrive by car. Overall a very nice vacation home and everything as described. Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

Over Pentecost 2025, we were on site with four people. Quiet top location, great restaurant next door - highly recommended, reservation advisable. Opposite a small fish shop with delicious specialties. Apartment as described, everything tip-top. Point of criticism: The TV did not work properly, the image stopped. Watching TV was only possible with an additional app. Internet was weak, as it was used by many - less suitable for home office.

My stay at Elke's apartment was exactly what I needed! The view of the sea from the bed, as well as from the dining room. The pleasant cozy and clear atmosphere of the apartment. I felt right at home. Thanks Elke for making everything so nice!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dyke to the Bodden behind. The dyke can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk to the village of Zingst. The apartment is very cozy, clean and corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
