An old two-bedroom loft in the heart of Annecy Old Town - with a balcony over the river Thiou. The perfect escape for adventurous couples & families. The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Au pied du Mont Blanc, au calme, bas de chalet composé d'une spacieuse chambre et d'un grand salon salle à manger le logement est entièrement indépendant avec un coin jardin équipé à disposition. Au bord de piste de skis et des chemins de randonnée, l'hiver partez et revenez skis aux pieds dans le jardin (piste bleue), et l'été vous êtes sur le Gr5. Situé sur les hauteurs des Houches le lieu est à proximité des arrets de bus mais il est fortement recommandé d'être véhiculé.

Le village d'Aime est en Vallée (pas en station de ski), marché les jeudis , cinéma, médiathèque, bar/restaurant, supermarché, gare SNCF à 10min à pied) Accès rapide à la station de la Plagne (20min en voiture) ou navette gratuite à 10min, plan d'eau, randonnée…

The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest.
