Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit hervorragender Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum und kurze Wege zum Bahnhof sowie zu den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer: ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Smart-TV sowie ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett für 2 Personen. Zusätzlich steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa für weitere 2 Personen zur Verfügung.

Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.
