Great place. The bedroom is quiet and fairly well insulated. Location is great as well. Host was proactive and the regular cleaning is a nice to have. For the critiques, Internet is shacky at times. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom is basically open acoustically to the stairways. Surely suboptimal and not mentioned in the description, but was personally but a deal breaker. Apart from this, recommendable place. Might book again.

location, price, room and staff are very ok. Only small minus points due to the home is next to the building under construction so the first day was affected by noise from 7am to 4pm, but overall is fine

We stayed at this Airbnb for two weeks and had a wonderful time—it truly felt like home! The room was very new, impeccably clean, and cozy, with modern decor and comfortable furniture. It was the perfect space for the two of us to relax and unwind, complete with thoughtful touches like natural lighting that brightened the room beautifully and a warm atmosphere. We also loved the rooftop, which offered a stunning view of the mountains—absolutely breathtaking! The owners were so friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it and would definitely return!

I had a great stay in Phamily Residence and decided to extend for one more month. The neighborhood is very expats-friendly with a lot of foreigners but also very nice local people. The apartment is located next to dozens of varied restaurants and 5 minutes away from the beach. The interior is as described so nothing much to add about this. The manager in charge of the place (who is not the same person as the Airbnb owner) is friendly, even though he does not speak English we could communicate through translators. Only downside is that the neighborhood is very noisy, especially due to locals on scooters selling with loud megaphones at all hours, but also because there was a massive construction work literally on the building nextdoor, which caused a lot of noise and vibration. If you're looking for a quiet place, it may not be right for you. But if you're there to work online at home or in cafes, meet a lot of new people, and enjoy delicious food from all over the world, go for it!
