The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.

Mysig stuga i två våningar. Sovrum uppe. Kök, badrum och tvhörna nere. Varsamt renoverat med naturmaterial. Lerklinade väggar som målats med äggoljetempera. Platsbyggda skåp och hyllor. Badrum helkaklat och traditionellt modernt dock. Stora grönytor och parkering precis utanför. De tjocka väggarna i huset gör att det blir ganska tyst trots motorvägen två km bort. Hallandslängan bredvid byggdes 1899 och er värd bor här permanent. Gäststugan byggdes 1965 och det sägs att man födde upp tuppar här!
