The small fine studio apartment is about 30 sqm and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
