In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family housing estate right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. Our beautiful apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea village of Werdum. It is located on a lightly traveled road. From here you have an unobstructed view into the distance. It is only 4 km as the crow flies to the North Sea. The apartment is 55 square meters and equipped for four people. Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.

It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable.
