If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you don't mind climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

The family-friendly apartment in the historic tower villa with park in southeastern Berlin offers the ideal retreat to explore the capital together. We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. A cozy queen size bed for restful sleep, enough storage space for clothes, a modern kitchenette with Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle as well as enough dishes for two people (without cooking facilities) & a bathroom with floor-level shower complete the apartment.

This wonderful new 120 sqm penthouse apartment with fireplace + 220 sqm water property + terrace and garden sauna (first water line + quiet location) with boat mooring and underground parking and stand-up paddle boards. Distance: 7 min walk to Grünau S-Bahn station and 20 min to Berlin City. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy for 6 people. Thus, a private boat tour in and through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.
