Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

A place to just relax or hang out with no requirements. Take a morning swim in the lake or sit and cozy up in front of the wood stove. By the lake there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can use freely. It's a special experience you don't want to miss. Welcome to our vacation paradise Edet. Here you can rent a cozy cottage located near Lake Skagern. The cottage has an equipped kitchen with hot water. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed upstairs and one with a 120-bed downstairs. Living room with sofa bed and fireplace. Conservatory with dining area overlooking the lake. Private beach is 200 meters from the cottage. Rowboat access. This is a simpler accommodation with a separate toilet and shower in a nearby building on the farm. We are happy to advise you about local activities.

The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Walking distance to bird sanctuary and bird tower at inner Kilsviken. 5 km to the nearest beach. 10 km to a well-stocked country store and 25 km to the nearest town, Kristinehamn.
