Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Denna stuga är ombyggd 2025 från vagnslider till en liten mysig stuga som passar perfekt för två till tre personer. Utedusch avskilt på baksidan, med utsikt i skogen. Möjlighet att sitta och äta finns såväl inne som ute. Finns kolgrill, och möjlighet att röka fisk eller kött. För er med cyklar finns möjlighet att spola av cyklarna om det är lerigt i spåren.

Välkomna att bo i vår lilla stuga på berget med avskilt läge och utsikt över västerhavet. Flera badplatser inom några hundra meter. Promenadavstånd till bad, gym med innomhuspool, cafe, pizzeria, uthyrning av båtar och kajaker, elljusspår mm. En halvtimmes promenad eller en kort cykeltur till Smögen och Kungshamn. Tre cyklar finns att låna.
