Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

The house is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in our villa. During low season, September - May. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during low season. The house is located in a quiet and rural location in nice Hunnebostrand. Approximately 2 km to shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. The cottage's windows reflect glitter from the ocean waves. Enjoy the environment relax from the digital tumult that surrounds us in everyday life. We encourage you to turn off your phone & computer. Without WiFi, there is time for quiet reflection, socializing or immersion in a good book. Here near the ocean, guests enjoy a very harmonious stay. It is important to us that you as a guest get peace & quiet when you visit us. We always leave our guests alone .

Here you live in your own house with fantastic views in Bovallstrand, Sotenäs in beautiful Bohuslän. The house has a kitchen, toilet and shower, laundry with tumble dryer, TV with Chromecast. Max. 4 people. The house has a deck and nice patio overlooking the sea, islets and skerries. Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for an additional SEK 900. No pets.

The cabin on the mountain - by the sea

Welcome to stay in our little cottage on the mountain with a secluded location and a view of the Västerhavet. Several swimming areas within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to swimming, gym with indoor pool, cafe, pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, electric light trails, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bike ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. A women's and a men's bicycle are available to borrow.

The apartment is about 100 meters from Tången's nice swimming area. A beautiful and quiet area close to the sea. The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but since there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in private bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.
