The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

A comfortable living area offers a sleeping place for a third person when pulled out (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, and Senseo machine. Attention: Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! Attic, no elevator!
