Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

From the studio, direct access from the ground floor to a private patio of 9 m² to have meals, or simply relax, read and unwind. Ideal for your vacation or business trip. Its location allows you to discover Dijon and its Agglomeration. Possibility of free parking 10 minutes walk from the apartment or Rue Millotet (Street of the apartment) for €12 per day. Close to all shops (bakery, grocery stores, Avenue Foch)

Looking to put your bags down for a weekend or longer? Then look no further! We are waiting for you in our pretty house located in Humes-Jorquenay, five km from Langres exit A5. It's a good place to walk, for its medieval architecture, such as its ramparts and the Tower of Navarre, or for its history, illustrated by Denis Diderot's Maison des Lumières and much more. Our house is also surrounded by four lakes, the nearest being that of La Mouche, 5 km away.

Its location below my house allows it to always stay cool even during high heat. For the winter, connected thermostatic valves have been installed to adapt the heating to your needs.
