Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Es ist ein kleiner Ort mit 750 Einwohnern, umgeben von Obstplantagen. Sie ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses und befindet sich im Souterrain. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang mit einer kleinen sonnigen Frühstücksterrasse. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz direkt vor der Türe sorgt für eine bequeme An - und Abreise. .
