Living space of approximately 100 square meters, spacious living and dining room, spacious bedroom and two additional smaller bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Single garage (on request for an extra charge) or free public parking is available right by the house.

Unser Apartment bei Langwasserbad ist für zwei Gäste geeignet. Es gibt ein großes, bequemes Boxspring-Doppelbett, einen Lesesessel und einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Es verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine Kochmöglichkeit gibt es leider nicht, aber einen Kühlschrank im Flur. Messe ca. 15 Min; Innenstadt 25 Min. mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Supermärkte: Aldi ca. 300 Meter Edeka ca. 700 Meter Franken-Center: Shopping & Restaurants ca. 1 km. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Bus ca. 5 Min.

Die Messe Nürnberg ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten und die nächste U-Bahn Station in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. So erreicht man schnell das Stadtzentrum, den Hauptbahnhof oder den Flughafen. Auch die Autobahnanbindung ist sehr gut und nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Durch die ideale Aufteilung ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle, die einen zentral gelegenen Wohlfühlplatz suchen. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Frenchpress und Toaster sind vorhanden.
