Es verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine Kochmöglichkeit gibt es leider nicht, aber einen Kühlschrank im Flur. Messe ca. 15 Min; Innenstadt 25 Min. mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Supermärkte: Aldi ca. 300 Meter Edeka ca. 700 Meter Franken-Center: Shopping & Restaurants ca. 1 km. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Bus ca. 5 Min.

Die Messe Nürnberg ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten und die nächste U-Bahn Station in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. So erreicht man schnell das Stadtzentrum, den Hauptbahnhof oder den Flughafen.
