The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg; the city center, and especially the trade fair (about 25 minutes on foot), can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Due to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practical. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for a maximum 5 persons available. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

Attractive and quietly located 3-room apartment centrally located and close to the train station ideal for business people, trade fair visitors and tourists. All public transportation, shopping and the old town are within walking distance. The Christmas market is a comfortable 15-minute walk through Christmas-decorated streets and the fair usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] (it is only 5 stops from us).
