The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg; the city center, and especially the trade fair (about 25 minutes on foot), can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Due to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practical. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for a maximum 5 persons available. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

The spacious, light-flooded 4-room 100 sqm apartment with a large balcony offers everything for a comfortable stay. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.
