Apartment holiday rentals in Langwasser

The apartment is as described and corresponds exactly to the pictures. It is top modern furnishings, very clean and has everything you need. Contact with Tom was good, he provided us with all the necessary information in advance and we would recommend the apartment at any time.

We were at the accommodation for the Rock im Park Festival and were even personally greeted. The hosts were very friendly and even lent us their own raincoats because we had forgotten ours (due to the weather we were very happy that we had them :)). It was a very nice and quiet area and we look forward to coming back.

We felt right at home. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, but enjoyed the very quiet yet central location during the time. There is an organic market, bakery and butcher right around the corner, also a public charging station is only a few meters away from the accommodation.

We stayed in Brunnen Apartment 302A (New Dawn). The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and well located. The apartment looked onto the street (Brunnengasse) but noise was not an issue. Heating and appliances worked well. Shower pressure could have been better, but wasn’t bad. The team was responsive and helpful. Overall a great choice for exploring Nuremberg Old Town!

There were three of us in the accommodation while we had an event in Nuremberg. The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need! You can quickly reach the S-Bahn on foot and then quickly reach the city. The check-in and communication went smoothly and we felt very comfortable! Thanks again! We'd love to come back!

Helen's place would be ideal for an individual or a couple wanting to explore Nürnberg. It's a short walk to a metro stop and has a supermarket next door, and is really nice and quiet if you didn't want to stay in the city itself

Really enjoyed our stay! Everything was easy - bring cash for the coffee shop around the corner. Only thing missing was a broom as my little dogs tracked some dirt in from time to time lol. The coffee set up is great, the shower has great water pressure, the bed is comfy, the windows overlooking the beautiful garden were great to wake up to.

We had a great time in the apartment. It is new and modern and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable too. Sleeping with the window open is only for noise-insensitive people due to the street in front. But there's also a room out the back. Otherwise, everything was really great! We will definitely be happy to come again!

David's place met all expectations! 20 minute walk to Nuremberg center allowed us to come and go without needing public transportation. The apartment was very nice and met the description and features. While it was broken the elevator was easily reachable by foot. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I would definitely come back! David apart always answered us quickly, as communication was impeccable.

This was our first time in Nuremberg, and staying at Marion and Florian’s apartment made it a wonderful experience. They were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and helpful. Florian kindly took the time to recommend some local attractions, which we really appreciated. The apartment felt very homey and was in a spectacular location. We were able to park our car at the convenient garage next door and explore the area entirely on foot. My family felt very comfortable and at home here—we’d happily stay again!

Nice accommodation on the outskirts of the city. The landlady is always helpful with problems, we had a concern and she was on site within half an hour despite the holiday. Thank you for that! Easily accessible by public transport, but long distances to the city center. The accommodation is very well thought out, plenty of storage space and very spacious.

Good starting point for Palm Beach, apartment is not new but everything necessary is available. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well appointed.

The communication in advance was as friendly as the reception on site! The apartment is spacious and equipped with secure Wi-Fi so that I could successfully hold my online workshop on the first evening. The location is quiet and "in the green area," but Nuremberg is quickly reached in just under 20 minutes by car. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house! A huge plus is certainly the large balcony in summer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Coffee and teas are available for use. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. The bathtub was my wellness program after my wet-cold workshop day at the Gostenhofer Christmas market. At the other end of the apartment there is another living-sleeping area. The apartment would therefore be perfect for families or friends with "distance needs." ;-) I'd love to come back. Thanks again and see you next time!

It was an excellent vacation with Andrea, the beautiful little apartment was perfectly furnished for two people. Modern, right in the quiet center of Feucht with good infrastructure with gastronomy. A lovely place with nice neighborhood. Parking is possible and an underground garage is available. The apartment lacked nothing, numerous spices etc., I have rarely had such a well-equipped apartment. Thanks again to Andrea Weber.

The place is quiet and clean

A great place to stay for a weekend in Bamberg. Everything is really available in terms of equipment. If you arrive late, you should definitely use the parking spaces in the underground car park. We will be back next year!!!

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honor – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Even at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care of making us feel comfortable. When she learned that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you very much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

Check-in was hassle-free, we were allowed to use a parking bay directly. The apartment was very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was really super equipped - everything you needed was easy to find. There is still a 2nd small apartment, Liz also lives in the house - that's just good to know. There was a nicely landscaped chicken coop that was very enthusiastic with our son. It is recommended to have the whirlpool explained in peace. Surroundings is quiet and the view beautiful - here you can relax! A trip to the zoo or Playmobil-Funpark can highly recommend. In the Playmobil Funpark, take change gear with you - because there is a lot to play with water. Liz was friendly and available for questions.

Everything worked smoothly, Sarah and Manuel were very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend it.

We adored the city of Schwabach; there is as much or as little to do as you want. Restaurants are excellent and Nuemberg is close enough to go often. It’s a big city but easy to Navigate. A walk along the Schwabach canal toward Gustenfelden is heaven!!

It was a wonderful stay at Steffi's. The apartment is fantastic. The location is super nice and green, yet very central. I felt very comfortable, was able to relax well and would be happy to come back. Steffi was always available when I had questions and always helped me a lot. The apartment has everything you need. Clear recommendation!
