Living space of approximately 100 square meters, spacious living and dining room, spacious bedroom and two additional smaller bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Single garage (on request for an extra charge) or free public parking is available right by the house.

Our apartment at Langwasserbad is suitable for two guests. There is a large, comfortable box-spring double bed, a reading chair and a small desk. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Unfortunately, there is no cooking facility, but there is a refrigerator in the hallway. Trade fair approx. 15 min; city center 25 min by public transportation. Supermarkets: Aldi about 300 meters Edeka approximately 700 meters away Franconian Center Shopping & Restaurants about 1 km. On foot about 15 min. Bus about 5 minutes

The 115 sqm accommodation is centrally located and ideal for business travelers, trade fair visitors, family vacationers or even weekend trips. The Nuremberg Exhibition Center can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, and the nearest subway station in about 5 minutes. This is how you can quickly reach the city center, the main train station, or the airport. The highway connection is also very good and only a few minutes away.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
