The accommodation offers a sleeping area beautifully separated by a custom partition. It also consists of a TV area with Netflix, dining area and spacious kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Located in the bourgeois districts of Roubaix, you will stay on a quiet street not far from the popular places of the city.

Toute proche de la Villa Cavrois et du Clos de la Source, elle est aussi idéale pour visiter la métropole lilloise ou pour un déplacement professionnel sur la région. Petit déjeuner à la demande 15€/pers.

La Villa des Roses – Suite & Spa

Old bourgeois house completely renovated, in which independent private accommodation is dedicated to you. Guests can enjoy a conservatory-style living room, large vaulted bathroom with shower, infrared sauna, adjustable mood lights, separate toilet, and a romantic bedroom nestled under the roof. You can also enjoy a 1.5-hour private spa session at 38°C, open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., for an extra charge (€60) and by reservation.

Pleasant and bright studio, completely renovated, located in a privileged area of Roubaix, a short walk from the Roubaix Factory. This is an outbuilding of our house, with a separate entrance. It has all the necessary amenities as well as a terrace and easy parking. Public transport is a few meters from the studio, allowing you to reach the center or Lille, Villeneuve d'Ascq... A Netflix account is available for your use.
