The spacious vacation apartment on the 2nd floor of our single-family home with southwest- and north-facing balconies offers you a fantastic view of the mountain panorama. Enjoy the rural idyll in the village and the proximity to Innsbruck, 15 minutes by car/bus. The bus stop is 3 minutes away, and buses run every 15 minutes. Right from our front door, you can head out into the Tyrolean mountains for hiking, skiing, walking, or cycling on the Vitalradweg. There is a mini supermarket, butcher's shop, and bank within walking distance of the apartment.

This 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor offers 90 m² of space and is arranged around a glass-enclosed courtyard. Ideal for up to eight people, three bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200) – plus a single bed (90 × 200) in one bedroom – a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with a shower make this stay the perfect opportunity to experience Innsbruck with family or a group. The central atrium brings daylight into all rooms and has a spacious balcony.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
