rez de jardin paisible et central. village a 5mn à pieds , station de cars , pharmacie,commerces et restaurants ,cafés . de nombreuses balades à pieds ou en vélo (la route du tram est ss voitures jusqu'à villards) 1 animal de compagnie accepté mais le jardin n'est pas clôturé . ils ne doivent pas faire leurs besoins ds le jardin ni gratter car il y a un robot tondeuse avec un fil conducteur . il y a de nombreuses balades au sortie de l'appartement pour satisfaire maitres et animal .
