I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Loredana’s apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, a true little haven of peace. But what really made the difference was Loredana herself. Lovely, incredibly thoughtful, always available, and attentive to make sure everything was going well. Thank you again for your kindness and presence, Loredana ! I would happily come back and highly recommend staying here!

Andrea et Natasha were very helpful, we had a nice stay , quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Everything was good !

We stayed six nights at Flor's place. And there is nothing negative we can say about our stay. The best part is Flor itself, she was super nice, answered really fast to our messages, always asked if everything was alright, gave us helpful tips on what to do around Cala Gonone and it was generally nice to talk to her. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, the owners make you feel at home and are very kind. The house is really nice and spacious, very clean and close to many areas of interest (beaches, restaurants, etc.) We will definitely be back.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Great stay with everything you need!

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Great appartment! Nice view from the balcony. The host Matteo is a legend he recommended us a great pizza places. We were on a climbing trip, and Matteo is also a climber so win win. He also shared great stories with us. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Swimming pool also very pleasant! In addition, we received good tips from our host for restaurants nearby, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Can only come up with positive words Ritas B&B in the small town of Loceri. My husband, our little son and I stayed with Rita for a week. She has really made something of the place. There is a super nice and sheltered seating area outside the apartment, with lots of plants, fruit trees and colors. The pool area feels like a small oasis with grapevines and olive trees around. Rita pays attention to the details and you can tell. It's even nicer than the pictures on Airbnb. The apartment itself has everything you need and Rita makes sure it is clean and inviting. Thanks to the kind Rita and her equally kind husband. Top recommendations from here!

Gianfranco was an excellent host! Very clear information, very nice stay. We loved the room and the garden/swimming pool. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great – the accommodation was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and helpful. An absolute dream for families with children - we felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts and extremely kind. They are always there to help or to point us to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The bedroom with the bathroom that we rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We had a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)

Wonderful 1 month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right at the house. Beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even nicer even in the pictures). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Rita and her husband are very nice and warm hosts. The stay with you was very nice and relaxed. The whole property is like a small paradise with many fruit trees and you can see that a lot of love is put into everything. I am glad I chose Rita's place and can really only recommend it. It certainly wasn't the last time I stayed with her.
