From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. This accommodation tops everything I've experienced in Sardinia so far. The location is unbeatable. A few steps to the beach. A few steps to the next ice cream parlor. A few steps to the restaurants. The beach is more pebble beach than sandy beach. But that's annoying and doesn't count. Eternally long and not overrun. That's what counts! The apartment is amazing. Clean, tastefully decorated, more than well equipped and spacious. The host has a soft spot for Banksy. That makes him twice as likeable. Plenty of space inside, plenty of space outside. A large terrace and a large garden with shower downstairs. The apartment can be reached via a large staircase. Simple and stress-free. And that's exactly what this accommodation is all about: no stress and everything easy! There is only one problem: If this accommodation is occupied at the beginning of the trip, then everything after that... You can imagine. Book this accommodation as the crowning glory of your Sardinia trip!

Our hosts we're very kind& helpfull. The appartment is spacious,clean & has a very good bathroom (many places don't!). Although there's a bar adiacent the closest beach, we recommend the Sunset lounge (on the hill before the tower). Thankyou Marcella!

This has been by far the most professional airbnb I've been in so far. Prior to our arrival we received a video in which Alessandro showed us all the specifications of the appartment, how to log in etc. On top of that we got a welcoming book with all the details and a lot of suggestions for trips in the area. During our stay, every time we had a question, Alessandro was there with a quick response. The apartment is wonderfully located, just a 4 minute walk away from the beach, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you Alessandro for a great vacation

The apartment is very nicely located, the view from the balcony is unique. The balcony is a communal balcony that you share with 3 other parties. But everyone has their own area, so that didn't bother us. If you are looking for accommodation with good infrastructure, you have come to the right place. There are two beautiful beach bars, several ice cream parlors and restaurants. The port can be reached in a few minutes. I highly recommend a boat trip to the many beautiful bays. Only those who seek peace and quiet and value privacy will probably not be happy here. Even in mid-June, there was already a lot going on and even at night it was sometimes not exactly quiet until the morning hours due to rattling mopeds and occasional beach parties.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We were in Sardinia for the first time. Since we were there at the very beginning of the season, it was still very quiet, which of course suited us very well. Both restaurants are within walking distance. You can eat well there, with a view of the Mediterranean. A cafe with a nice atmosphere and a view of the sea invites you to a relaxing glass of wine or whatever. There are also a number of good restaurants in the area, You are well taken care of. The complex itself is a holiday resort. If you are looking for a bakery, butcher or supermarket, you have to drive to the nearest town (about 7 km). The sea is 200 m from the property. From our terrace, we could enjoy the sunrise in the morning. A sandy beach is 200 m away. Everything is very good for families with children. The area is quiet and very rural. But also a lot of nature and originality. Mountain bike tours are recommended. And Matteo was always a great help to us.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Well placed to visit the east coast. Beautiful sea view. Upon arrival, small Sardinian sweets to welcome you.

We were there for a total of 3.5 weeks our two children (4 and 1) in the accommodation. We had a great time and felt very much at home We especially enjoyed the terrace. You have the whole day sun. If it gets too hot, you can go into the shady garden (unfortunately artificial grass, but still very nice). The most important things are available in the accommodation. You can explore the area from there with a vehicle. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful and very child-friendly beach Lido di Orrì can be reached quickly by car. The beach on site is also very beautiful (beautiful water). We would come back anytime.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. Very nice place, lovely beaches with great eateries. Bring swimming shoes! There is only 1 stone-free beach, but never too difficult in terms of stones. The night boat from Genoa to Sardinia and back: not to cut back! Again; Sardinia is large, but within a radius of 60 km you see a lot. Enjoy the beach and eat locally. Ivo always helps, fast and good.

The place is like the description. The terrace and the view are great. The kitchen needs to be a little better equipped to cook more easily but nothing catastrophic. Same for the shower, setting the temperature is not easy but it did not disturb our stay. The waste drop-off point, collection days, and sorting are not very clear. A better explanation with a summary would have been a plus. In addition to these points, the place is peaceful, the view is pleasant, the terrace superbly furnished. Maria was very pleasant by message and respectful of our peace of mind. We are delighted with our stay and our discovery of Sardinia.

We loved our stay at Eleonora’s place. It was clean, nicely decorated, had lovely views and was very close to the beach. We would love to stay there again. Didn’t notice until we arrived but there was no WiFi.

We had a wonderful time in Luca and Rosy's apartment! The apartment is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need – you feel comfortable. The view is simply a dream Luca and Rosy are very friendly, always available. We were particularly pleased with the toy provided for our child – a loving gesture that makes the stay even more pleasant for families. We can recommend this apartment without reservation and would come back at any time.

We felt very welcome! The host was super nice, always available, gave us great tips for the area, and was very flexible with check-in and check-out. We were there in April and Simone made us comfortable despite the cool weather. He even shopped for us because we arrived late in the evening. The location right by the beach was second to none. We'll be back!

Beautiful home! Stocked with snacks and water to get us started. We tried to replenish what we used. Also had umbrellas to use at the beach that came in handy. We had a great stay!

The super-stocked apartment is in a great location a short distance from a beautiful beach. Fabio, the owner, gave countless tips on places to visit and dishes to try.

Our stay was very nice, we really appreciated in the morning as in the evening of a fantastic view, the apartment is very equipped and clean, there are a few minutes from the beaches with the beautiful and clean sea. The barbecue is clean and equipped for easy grilling. Definitely a place to come back.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

New and well-stocked apartment on the third floor of a building located in a quiet area. Federico was a very helpful host to provide us with all the necessary information for a good vacation. Maybe not too close to the most beautiful beaches to visit. Overall, the value for money is still very good.

A beautiful mountain village with nice restaurants and quiet location. Lots of stairs to balance the good food. Annalisa was very friendly and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.
