Il Mulino befindet sich in Alleinlage an einem Bach zwischen Lanzo und Pellio im Val d'Intelvi.15-20 Minuten vom Lago di Lugano und vom Lago di Como. In der gleichen Zeit ist man auch in den Bergen. Zum einkaufen in Pellio oder San Fedele sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auf dem Dorfplatz in San Fedele ist am Wochenende immer etwas los. Das ganze Gelände um die Mulino ist eingezäunt und umfasst ca. 10'000m2. Da wir selber Rhodesian Ridgebacks züchten sind Hunde selbstverständlich willkommen.
