We totally loved our stay in Arnel's place! The unit is spacious, perfect for family with kids like us! Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and the huge TV! The place is so cozy and comfortable, it has an inviting environment that we don't want to go out! It has a complete kitchen utensils and appliances. I especially love the washing machine because we were able to dry our wet clothes from swimming before going home! The view is perfect, it gives more appeal to the place. Arnel was incredibly responsive and so kind, he let us extend for 3hrs for free!! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to SM Trece. I recommend this place, definitely want to go back again! I am so thankful to found this gem!

Compared to other accommodations in the same building, the space was large and nice, but the provided blanket was too thin, not enough, and there was no washing machine, so it was a little uncomfortable.

Anariza was very accommodating, allowing us a late check-in and check-out. She was highly responsive, and the unit itself is very spacious. Its proximity to the mall offers plenty of activities to enjoy. We had a great time and highly recommend her place!
