Bed & Breakfast Ylläs offers traditional home accommodation with breakfast in a scenic location near the village of Ylläsjärvi near the lake. Beautiful skiing and walking trails start right at the doorstep of our house. Our guests stay in our home in cozy private rooms. There are a total of four guest rooms in our house and they share a common guest entrance, refrigerator, 2 toilets and a shower. The house's living room is shared with the guests and the two hosts of the house. Breakfast is self-service or served.

Enjoy your stay by the Kemi river! You love my place for Auroras and permanent snow from Nov to April. Reindeers and other winter acties like icetrek, skiing, skating, sledging, snowmobiling etc. nearby. My place is good for couples, friends and solo adventurers to explore the beauty of Lapland. Finish Snowhostel on the yard. Kemi Snowcastle 10 km, Santa Claus Village and Ranua Zoo reachable in day trip. Pick-up and delivery also available from Kemi and Tornio-Haparanda stations. Hotellitasoinen kahden hengen huone Iissä. Vuonna 1895 rakennettu kartano on entisöity vanhaa kunnioittaen, tarjoten viihtyisän ja rauhallisen ympäristön rentoutumiseen ympäri vuoden. Aamiainen Aamiainen ei sisälly majoituksen hintaan. Aamiainen on saatavilla hintaan 15 € / hlö – varaathan sen etukäteen. Sijaintimme yhdistää luonnon rauhan ja helpon saavutettavuuden: olemme vain noin puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä Oulusta, aivan Iin keskustan tuntumassa.
