Relax with family or friends in a peaceful luxury villa. The villa is located 15 minutes from the center of Rovaniemi, the airport and Santa Claus Village. The villa is on the shore of Lake Norvajärvi, sheltered by a beautiful Finnish forest. You have access to a luxury villa of almost 200 square meters, a canopy for two cars, a campfire, a genuine Lappish hut and a private beach. The apartment has large windows overlooking the lake, from which you can watch the northern lights from your own bed or from a comfortable sofa by the fireplace.

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.
