Enchanting Luxury Villa "Joikukas" (6+2 persons)

Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

The unique house located by the water, with a splendid view. 8 + 2 people can comfortably and cozily enjoy their vacation in this spacious property. Almost all rooms in the house offer a stunning view of the river, and you can also savor the riverside scenery from the outdoor hot tub and terrace. The city services are only about 5 km, and Santa Claus Village is 15 km away. In front of the house, there are ample parking spaces for cars. Excellent jogging and skiing opportunities are nearby.

Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Welcome to relax at Ruska Chalets, located on the beautiful banks of the Kemijoki River, just a 20-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi. This spacious and cozy villa accommodates up to 10 people. In the yard, you can relax in the warm outdoor hot tub and enjoy evenings by the firepit.
